Étude limitée à l'examen des relations sensorielles binoculaires

Résumé : Le but de toute méthode d'examen est de connaître l'état de
fonctionnement d'un organe. La fonction binoculaire est une fonction psycho-physiologique
développementale dont le caractère unique est la binocularité. La fonction binoculaire
du strabique est une fonction binoculaire modifiée et adaptée plus ou moins
profondément à l'environnement.
Les méthodes d'examen doivent tenir compte de tous ces faits (interrelations des
différents paramètres, stade de développement, binocularité, etc…). Elles doivent
aussi tenir compte de l'état des adaptations (type, profondeur, etc…).

Summary : The aim of any method of examination is to determine the working state of
an organ. The binocular function is a developpemental psychophysiologic function with an
original caracteristic : the binocularity. The strabic binocular function is a modificated
and adaptative binocular function with environment.
The examination method has to integrate all these facts as so adaptation state.
