Résumé : L'incomitance loin/près dans l'exotropie intermittente est plus fréquente chez l'adulte que chez l'enfant. Un état sensoriel dégradé depuis longtemps favorise la majoration angulaire. Un traitement chirurgical dans l'enfance préserve la sensorialité et limite les variations angulaires.

Summary : The incomitance far/near in the intermittent exotropia is frequently in the adult than in the child. A degraded sensoriality for a long time supports angular increase. A surgical treatment in childhood preserves the sensoriality and limits the angular variations.
