Résumé : Les auteurs formulent et complètent l'hypothèse que la pathogénie du strabisme congénital peut être rapportée à une anomalie (ou dysfonction) du noyau du IIIe bilatéralement.
Cette hypothèse, soutenue par l'analyse du tableau clinique du strabisme congénital, est en mesure d'expliquer aussi bien la DVD que le phénomène de Bielschowsky.

Summary : The hypothesis is formulated and completed that the pathogenesis of congenital strabismus is related to a bilateral abnormality (or disorder) of the nucleus. The hypothesis, supported by analysis of the clinical picture of congenital strabismus, is able to explain both DVD and the phenomenon ofBielschowsky.
