Résumé : La mise en évidence des variations angulaires horizontales, verticales
et torsionnelles est indispensable pour l'établissement d'un protocole opératoire
correct et cohérent.
L'évaluation de l'angle horizontal minimum, maximum et des variabilités angulaires est
à réaliser dans les conditions habituelles de fixation.
La recherche des éléments verticaux (DVR, DVD, élévation ou abaissement en adduction)
et des éléments torsionnels est à faire avec minutie lors de tout bilan
pré-opératoire.

Summary : It is important to point out horizontal, vertical and torsional
variations of the angle to order to plan and execute a correct and appropriate strabismus
surgery
The evaluation of the minimal and maximal horizontal angle and the angle variabilities is
to be realised in habituaI fixation conditions. The research of the vertical element (RVD,
DVD, elevation or depression in adduction) and the torsional elements is to be made by
attention for each pre-operative examination.
