Résumé : La prise en charge d'une cataracte post-traumatique chez l'enfant constitue toujours une priorité mais demeure difficile. A partir de de trois observations caractéristiques, nous présentons les résultats obtenus par épikératoplastie dans l'aphakie unilatérale dont les indications étaient motivées par une intolérance aux lentilles de contact ou une impossibilité à poursuivre le traitement d'une amblyopie.

Summary : The management of a monocular pediatric aphakia is one of the most dofficult and challenging problems in the field of pediatricophthalmology. In three typical cases, epikeratoplastia has been used successfully in aphakic children to correct their refractive error (contact lens failure or whenever optical non compliace has hindered amblyopia therapy).
