Résumé : Les constatations tomodensitométriques et expérimentales d'une réaction fibroadhésive après rétroposition avec anse du droit interne, amènent les auteurs à proposer une récession par "trappe sclérale" qui conserve la jonction myosclérale sans interposition de matériel de suture. Les vérifications expérimentales confirment que cette intervention déjà proposée par Vancea, sauvegarde l'arc de contact.

Summary : The constatations by Scanner and the experimental constatations of a fibroadhesive reaction after recession of the medial rectus with a loop, bring the authors to propose a recession by "scleral trap" which keeps the myoscleral junction, without interposition of suture material. The experimental verifications confirm that this intervention, already proposed by Vancea, safeguards the contact arc.
